At exactly 6:00 am Pacific time the Champions Online servers were back and playing host to thousands of super power hungry players.
I got in on the action and have made a video which should be up on youtube any moment now.
Theres nothing much i can say about the Launch other than it was successfull and had lots of players running thwarting evil with their newly found super powers.
thats all for now.

I recently found out and bought Natural Selection 2, an FPS mixed in with RTS elements as humans and aliens try to capture bases and try to take out each other’s command post.
So far i have played around 100 minutes of this game and apart from the bad performance (in beta and has not been optimised) the game is brilliant. This brings me onto my next subject, indie games.
Natural selection 2 was made by a team of four people. It started life as a HL1 (Half-Life 1) mod in 2002 and won 2 awards. The company has now made a game engine for the game and is planning to sell NS2 through steam.
The game makes me think about how many other indie developers are out there making great games that no one has ever heard of.
So all you readers out there should check out some indie games. Who knows, you might find some gaming gold out there.

Recently i have been hunting mad for a survival zombie shooter/game but i cannot find any. I am disappointed in the gaming industry for not making a realistic survival zombie horror game.
There are many (not as many as I’d like) zombie games out there where its more about How many zombies you can kill rather than how long you can survive gathering food and supplies.
I want an RPG shooter where you can barricade up a building and hunt for supplies in a realistic and frightening environment, where every bullet could be your last.
The game would have to be challenging, free roaming, and much like The Elder Scrolls series or Fallout 3/ New Vegas. There would have to be characters and a hidden plot line with a bunch of side quests.
I have heard of such a game which was announced in 2006 called "Dead Island" or "Island of the Dead". Sadly since its announcement not much has been shown of the survival horror fps set on an island full of zombies.
Sadly the zombie genre of Games is very childish lots of "hack and slash" repetitive gameplay and not much suspense and survival.
If anyone can find a good zombie which has been released please notify me.
